This was the last home game for the majority of the varsity team and although they lost, many players still felt as though they had won and knew that they played a good game.
“I felt miserable after the game, but I didn’t feel like it was our last home game,” said senior Kenneth Chaney. “If we win and go to playoffs we might get home advantage, but we might not play Christian again.”
It was a great game and the student section, with the help of the families in the stands, remained active and cheered their Tigers on. Pink powder, provided by ASB, was even thrown and items such as cow bells, pink cowboy hats, and hand clappers were passed out.
